Human rights day

To observe Human Rights Day, on December 10, 2024, MOCIA is calling on all young women to join us in a workshop at the PSS Teachers Training Center, from 8am to 3pm.

International Human Rights Day, as part of the 16th Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence, led by MOCIA, is again shining the spotlight on young women starting  from  schools age, to empower them to make positive choices.

Some of the topics covered in the workshop will include good family planning, human trafficking, healthy lifestyles, right to choose, gender-based violence and services available, and much more.

MOCIA wishes to extend the invitation to participate in this important event to all young women in Majuro and beyond.
