The Ministry of Culture & Internal Affairs (MOCIA) respectfully requests proposals for the following project:

RMI Registrar General Manual Data Conversion

1. Create an electronic database of all vital statistics data collected and
held by the Registrar Office.

2. Convert all current vital statistics manual data into electronic format.
3. Term, 6-12 months.

4. Scope: Establish a manageable system of records of all vital data with
back-up, & others related.

5. Provide training for the management and maintenance of the electronic
database to selected MOCIA staff.
